Waterjet Cutting
To facilitate the efficient work with your waterjet cutting machine, we have already integrated all important functions in our package.
Cutting head:
- Abrasive control via analog or digital signal
Pump:
- Pressure control digital or analog
- Pressure ramps are adjustable
Height touch off:
- Analog or digital signal
- Display of focus distance for analog touch off signal
- Touch off options:
- 1 time per NC job
- For each new part
- For each piercing
- Touch off interval with display of interval time
- Manual adjustment of the focus distance during cutting
Machine functions:
- Calibration of pressure and abrasive with more than 24 points
- Simple piercing time definition
- Plate angle check and correction
- Sequential processing of several NC jobs
- Laser pointer for determining starting point
- Stop of NC process with the following options:
- Moving backward on the contour and restart execution
- Manually move of the axes and restart execution
